Todays topic: Essence meditation, a great way to de-stress

Do you feel stressed to the max at the moment ? Today I want to tell you about my favourite way to de-stress with essences. It only takes a few minutes and the results are wonderful.
1.BECOME CONSCIOUS of how you are feeling on a moment by moment basis. Notice when you are getting stressed and don't let stress build up.
2. STOP what you are doing, right now, not later.
3. BREATHE deeply, in and out.
4.TELL YOURSELF YOU ARE SAFE no matter what happens, you are safe, you will always be safe, you will always be loved, you will always be looked after.
5.SIT STILL WITH AN ESSENCE OR TWO. As soon as you get the chance, choose an essence or two for yourself. Hold the bottle(s). Sit still in a quiet place and turn your attention inward. Feel your energy change and become peaceful and still.
