Catherine Haddad-USA
In 2009 Catherine was ranked 7th in the Western European
League.
Catherine rode for the US Team at the World Equestrian Festival in
Aachen, 2009 in addition to numerous other international starts.
Catherine Haddad represented the USA in the 2007 Rolex World Cup in Las
Vegas, Nevada. In 2006, as a member of the US Team she was named
reserve rider for the USEF at the World Equestrian Games...she has
lived and trained in Germany for the last 10 years, out of barn in
Vechta.
New Video-5 yr. old, 3rd/M Level
This video is focused on lifting the neck and elevating
the topline without getting the neck to curl. Catherine explains her
use of the double bridle on this young horse as a tool to help train
the flying changes. Catherine explains how she used
the double to help keep the horse from jumping too far up in the
change, coming down onto the forehand with the croup high. The double
allowed her to use less hand by not having to use the bridle to get him back up after landing on the bit after the change. They also focus on elevating the topline, getting the counter canter you "really" want and schooling a bigger more expressive trot.
Martin Shaudt-GER

Championships. Competitor multiple year, European Dressage
Championships. In 1996 Martin was a member of the German team at the

thru many various exercises. A barometer to strive for with your own young
horse. (This video is in German, English translation available Nov. 15th, 2009.)

Aachen, Germany, 2006.
New Video- 7 yr. old, Level S/PSG Bundeschampionate qualified mare. This is a nice video for those focusing on canter pirouettes and half steps.
Katrin uses a very relaxed warm up moving quickly to canter which
Katrin believes is most important in the training, explaining that
everything else is much easier once the control and brilliance is
accessed in the canter. Watch Katrin as she schools the half passes, which she
uses to engage the hind leg so she can go immediately into half steps
and passage work. She uses her voice, does not sit heavy and works for
a very short time in a very relaxed and playful manner to get her horse she willingly work for her.

Tried and True Product Review (What is this?):
Being the skeptic that I am....and perhaps many of us are, I put the
use of this product in the hands of the professional trainer at my
local barn and then an additional trainer at a barn nearby. I watched as they used this device on multiple horses. Two of the horses had
some soft tissue concerns in the legs, one was the recipient more as an
attempt to alleviate some minor but constant sore back issues. As it is
hard to directly ascertain if improvements were solely due to the use of
the RediVet device, the trainer did say and I did observe that the healing
process was much shorter than normal and the soreness of the back
seemed to have gone away. These horses were consistently improving per
the vet, with zero setbacks or hold patterns. We all know, recovery of
these issues is rarely streamlined without a set back so these facts
were particularly inspiring. I personally used the device on my horse,
when I knew he was apt to be cold backed, usually due to his not being ridden for 2 days in a row. Upon use of this, the cold back issue was much
less, as evidenced by his willing
attitude, allowing the rider to sit his very boingy trot very early in the session rather
than the the end of the session. I feel this is a solid product that definitely works, and is especially appropriate for a professional with
multiple horses who systematically can apply this product correctly to
the horse for the required period of time. Lastly I would also mention, I allowed my mother to use the product on her back as well since she has a history of sciatica and it had flared up. She applied it 3 x per days for 2 days, and found that the pain was significantly reduced. She has had additional flare ups, however, she says that it relieved the pain dramatically enough that she was able to go without using muscle relaxers on day two, which is of course healthier for our mind and bodies.
