Toko Tech Manual 07/08 Available
Toko Racing Service Logo
The Toko Tech Manual has been updated and posted on the Info Center part of www.TokoUS.com.  The Toko Tech Manual is written in a clear manner and includes what waxes and techniques to use, why, and when.  It also gives a great overview of principles of ski preparation.

Tech Tip
Edge Angle Pro Clamp
If you find that your file isn't working in a smooth manner, but seems to have more contact here and hardly any at all there, check your skis and equipment over.  Perhaps your file is bent or there is remaining wax getting in the way.  If you're working on your base edge, perhaps your base is convex or perhaps your edges are already at more of an angle than you had thought.
Either way, if the filing isn't going well, stop and figure out the problem.

Product Highlight

Ski Vise World Cup

The Ski Vise World Cup is an essential tool in preparing skis.  This vise consists of 3 parts.  The middle piece clamps on either the sidewalls of the ski or on the ski binding.  Clamping on to the binding works very well and also enables work on any width ski.  The two end pieces support the ski when the base is up.  The ski can also be turned sideways for working on edges.  Because the vises rotate, the Toko Ski Vise World Cup accomodates personal preference in tuning styles.  MSRP $130
