Rubbermaid Commercial Products develops innovative food service, cleaning, safety, material handling, waste, and agricultural products. They provide legendary customer service through their uncompromising commitment to consumer satisfaction. Rubbermaid has been working with Infographics� for over a decade to create user-friendly collateral materials to accompany their products.
Rubbermaid came to Infographics� to address the communication challenge of creating universal instructions for a wall-mounted baby changing station. The product was to be distributed world-wide and documentation needed to incorporate more than 20 different languages. |

 Develop user-friendly installation instructions for professional installers to use in public facilities.- Explain the variable steps for different mounting environments (wood or metal studs, ceramic tile over wood or metal studs, concrete, brick, or masonry).
- Accommodate a wide variety of users and 23 languages.

- Perform a thorough analysis of all possible installation steps (common and environment specific).
- Create 4 icons to help identify all material-specific mounting options. The icons were used throughout the steps to guide users for their specific installation requirements.
- Use minimal copy and graphic installation steps that stand alone without captions.

- An all-inclusive, cost effective set of instructions for international use.
- Infographics� was able to successfully condense all necessary information into a single 28" W. x 22" H. fold-out. This made for economical printing as well as ease of use.
- The easy-to-follow, consumer conscious piece exceeded Rubbermaid's expectations.
