Deadlines for Report Filing |

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
It hardly seems possible, but as you may know, it's time again for the Annual Confidential Reports to the Bishop, Parochial Reports, and a new clergy card. Thank you for taking the time to complete these reports and sharing with me important and interesting information from the past year.
Parochial Reports are on their way to you in the mail, but the forms for reporting to the Bishop can be downloaded from the ELCA web site . If you choose, you may simply email your responses to each question and send it to Janine via email.
Parochial Reports should be mailed directly to our Database Manager, Ms. Cynta Outterbridge, SEPA Synod of the ELCA, Weidemann Center, 7241 Germantown Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19119. The deadline for both reports is February 27, 2009.
Remember our next Synod Assembly will be held at the Franconia Mennonite Meetinghouse from Friday, May 8 to Saturday, May 9, 2009.
