As I write my last email as your President, I would like to encourage you to attend the upcoming Annual Turfgrass Conference & Tradeshow.  This event is full of educational sessions, networking opportunities, fun and exciting events and a tradeshow full of exhibitors.  We want to see every member there, so get your registration into the ATA office today!

  

I also would like to thank each of you for allowing me to serve as your President this year.  The economy has effected our association just like it has effected your business; however we were successful in providing turfgrass education at our five RoadShow Seminars, held a Sod Producers Field Day, raised funds for turfgrass research with our two golf tournaments and we initiated a new service project, New Beginnings.  Thank you for supporting these events and the efforts of the Alabama Turfgrass Association.  My year as President has been very fulfilling and I greatly appreciate the opportunity.
