Change:  Moving to new spaces and places

Dear Friends:

As we begin in earnest meeting the changes and challenges of the New Year, and gratefully saying good bye to a tumultuous 2008, there are several changes at the New Hampshire Children's Trust Fund, some in time and some in space.

The time has come for me to retire and move (my old bones) to a warmer climate, to pursue my love of year round gardening, impossible to do in ice and snow!  If you know someone who might be interested in working for a great organization, with great people, and for a great cause, check out the job posting on our website

I am telecommuting from Sarasota, Florida, working half time, planning to be in New Hampshire for Board meetings, other obligations as needed, until the Trustees appoint a wonderful new Executive Director.

If you've been to the old office, you know its space limitations, so it is also time to move to functional office space.  Our new address, as of Wednesday, January 7th, will be 10 Ferry Street, Suite 315, Concord;  please bear with us, since telephone service is promised, soon, new number to come!

Please continue to share your great passion, as well as your energies and efforts on behalf of New Hampshire's 310,000 children and their families.  There is no more critical time than now to support and strengthen families, the most important and fundamental aspect of our society.

With very best wishes for a wonderful year.

Karen Carpenter,
Executive Director
