Believe it or not, Thanksgiving is next week (ahhhh!) and many of you are gearing up to entertain parents, grandparents, in-laws, nephews and nieces, like sweet little Susie and Billy who pulled the chandelier out of the ceiling last year and wrote in crayon on your new white comforters ...
Well, we're here to help.
Join us for our annual Thanksgiving Homecoming weekend. This is our 20th year of welcoming high school friends, childhood buddies and locals who like to see who's in town. We'll have all the football games on, delicious dinner specials, pro bartenders psyched to serve you beautifully made cocktails, bar  specials and more. It's time to call, e-mail and text your buddies, and make plans to head on over Thanksgiving weekend. Please note -- we will be closed Thanksgiving Day so we can rest up and get ready for wild and crazy weekend.
For those who are tackling the turkey this year in an effort to replicate Martha Stewart (jail time aside ...) we offer Murphy's Famous Two-Hour Turkey Recipe. Yes, it is absolutely foolproof (as long as you actually turn on the oven) and you'll have the turkey of your dreams.

Join us for one of our favorite nights of the year. Black Friday shoppers who have endured the crowds to get a discount on Little Timmy's Xbox -- you just come on over! We'll have dinner ready for you and your fabulous* mother-in-law, and we'll clean up, too. Bring the kids; we'll help entertain them. While you're in, try one of our new desserts: A Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream Sandwich or an Oatmeal Raisin Ice Cream Cookie. Calories don't count over Thanksgiving, you know. *Our legal department would probably like to add here that you can bring your mother-in-law with you whether she's fabulous or not. And since she is most likely over 21 years of age we can make her a double martini or any other cocktail she might enjoy beginning at 5:00 pm on the dot. Not surprisingly, most mother-in-laws become very enjoyable while they are at the DB. We have no scientific proof of this, of course. It just stands to reason.

 sunday, nov. 28 -- inlaws heading home, so head on over
Sunday night, come kick back and enjoy a cocktail by a roaring fire, followed by a non-turkey dinner (friends, you can only eat that turkey so many times). We'll have a great crowd, great dinner specials and bartenders on hand to hear about your weekend with crazy Uncle Billy. And don't worry, we've got some crazy Uncle Billys, too. Our famous Brunswick stew, side dishes and other take-out items are all available for your Thanksgiving meal. Just call the Diamondback to order them. always grateful to our DB family
This holiday is about giving thanks -- so we want to do just that. As many of you know, one of our bartenders, Jason, was in a serious car accident earlier this year. Our bartender Phillip also underwent surgery on his hip. So many of you reached out and showed incredible care, concern and generosity. We're thankful that Jason and Phillip are back on their feet -- and doing great -- and we greatly appreciate all the love that our extended Diamondback family has shown. We hope you have a wonderful holiday, and we look forward to seeing you soon.
