There's new ... and then there's NEW! We're excited to announce that TODAY, Friday, June 18, the Diamondback will unveil a TOTALLY NEW menu. Makes us want to crack open a bottle of champagne ... or maybe pour a nice summery Chardonnay ... or mix a tasty, ice-cold margarita to celebrate ... (Oops, we're getting off track) It's just that we're really excited about this INCREDIBLE NEW MENU. We'll have: - 14 new appetizers
- 6 new side dishes
- 8 more entrees
- 12 new sauces
- new dressings
- more opportunities to make your own combinations (even pick your own veggies)
You said you wanted more choices, and well, we listened. There are several new vegan and vegetarian options! We also have a fantastic new SANDWICH MENU. We can't wait for you to see both of these new menus -- believe us, we have put our hearts and souls into these.
It really is going to be an exciting month at the Diamondback. We have our NEW MENU. Plus we've added OUTDOOR SEATING! Now you can sit under the stars and sip a nice glass of white wine. World Cup soccer will be going on now through mid July. We do love a good martini, and so we've been doing some taste tests with some delicious summer versions (good work if you can get it).  Gazpacho is Good
We've had so many of you tell us you are wild about Murphy's Famous Gazpacho -- fresh tomatoes, onions, green peppers and other secret ingredients that we could not possibly reveal ... but it is darn delicious and perfect for summer.
