Greetings!
 So maybe you're not planning to be on a remote beach in the Bahamas this month. Or maybe you are -- and lovely for you. But regardless, we hope you'll make plans to join us at the Diamondback for fun and great food. March is going to be fantastic and we have so many reasons for you to head on over. For all you Soccer Moms now back on serious carpool duty with a smile plastered on your face well, bless you. P.S. If it's 6 pm and there's nothing sauteeing on the stove, just click here.
What's going on this month (and it's a lot): The month kicks off with some key basketball games. This Saturday, March 8th, join us to watch a bunch of grown men scream at our 67" hdtvs with Carolina vs. Duke. We'll also feature selected games from the ACC Tournament starting Thursday, March 13th - Sunday, March 16th. On March 17th, we'll host our St. Patrick's Day Celebration and kick-off our Official Diamondback NCAA Bracket Contest. This should be a great night with some great traditional Irish food, beer tastings, great prices on Black & Tans and more. While you're here, fill out our Diamondback NCAA Bracket Form and see if you can win big. Our Grand Prize Winner will receive a $50 gift certificate. Bracket entry forms will be accepted March 17th - March 19th. By the 20th it's too late and someone else will be on the way to eating your $50.00 prize. Tie breakers will be decided by our extreme "Basketball I.Q. Test". On March 20th, we'll be hosting a March Madness Kick-off Cocktail Party -- "The Road to San Antonio Tex Mex Extravaganza" with incredible Tex Mex Food, Sky Blue Margaritas, beer specials and more. Just a note: we'll be closed for Easter so we can pull the ears off of our chocolate bunnies. Also important: we've decided not to host Wine Night this month due to the NCAA Tournament Schedule. More wine next month.
Special thank you to all the red hot romantics who shared Valentines with us: we had a great night with a huge crowd and we loved having every one of you. For all of the Valentines that received the surprise red envelope in the mail - we want to hear how that just brought you to tears (or sent you into shock since your Valentine hadn't done anything like that in 20 years...)  Come for cocktails and stay for dinner. The bar will be wide open and you'll have your chance to enter our first NCAA BRACKET COMPETITION. You pick the right teams and we'll give you a $50.00 gift certificate to come have dinner with us. We'll provide the brackets and a pencil so you can enter to win.
We'll also have some incredible Tex Mex specials, plus drink specials to help put out the fire in your mouth from all that Texas Pete. Come join us.

And P.S. we're sorry the stress of teaching our children is leading you to thoughts of running away to Bora Bora. One of the nicest spots in the Diamondback is over on the couches by the fire. And if it's not 95 degrees outside this month, well we'll be stoking those logs and offering you a nice place to relax and watch some b-ball.
Bring your laptop. Wireless internet is available for free. It's not free in many other places, but it's free here. Plus, we promise this is a much more fun place to figure out your taxes than your kitchen table.
 Open every night, except Easter Sunday night. This month we'll be open every night -- except Easter Sunday. Bar service begins at 5 pm. Dinner service begins at 5:30 pm.
Notice to all of the people who keep taking art off of our walls: thank you very much. We seem to be replacing our rotating art exhibit quite a bit lately. Which is wonderful. If you have a place in your house that could use a new painting or you have a special anniversary or birthday coming up, come on over and shop while you sip!

Well, it takes a long time for kids to eat a Sundae along with our Bavarian Chocolate mini-brownie. And that gives parents more than 60 seconds to eat their dinner. Imagine that. We also have a lovely fish tank for visiting and big tvs. We don't show Barney, Dora or The Suite Life, but it's never too early to learn to appreciate ESPN. We hope to see you on Sunday nights! |
