Please note these are convention events and the Bread Beckers will have a booth with products for sale.  Sue will be sharing her testimony of healing at both of these events.  You will have to pay any nominal fees to get in the convention, even if you are just coming to hear Sue or get product from The Bread Beckers.  We are working on our fall schedule and will post that in August and as events get finalized.  Hope to see you soon!

Recipes

BRAD'S INCREDIBLE SALSA

4 Roma tomatoes, quartered
� onion, quartered
� green bell pepper, quartered
� teaspoon salt
3 cloves of garlic
4 sprigs of fresh cilantro
Juice of 1/2 lime
3-5 slices of jalape�o pepper (to taste)

Combine all ingredients in Salsa Maker/Mini Food Processor (Item # 00723) and mix.  Adjust the ingredient amounts to suit your taste! Serve and enjoy.  Keep it cool while serving in our new Stay Cool/Warm Dip Server (Item #00868)


Recipes for the dips and spreads are on the labels but here are a few of our favorites.  Since there is no MSG or other flavor enhancers the dips need refrigerate several hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld.

Be sure to mix up and shake contents in package well before measuring.

My kids do not like artichoke hearts or olives but they love these.

THE GARLIC OF EATIN'

1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Sour Cream
1 jar (6 1/2 oz.) Artichoke Hearts
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (optional but extraordinary!)
3 Tbs. The Garlic of Eatin'

Drain and chop artichoke hearts. Mix with the remaining ingredients and place in serving container. Refrigerate at least three hours or overnight for flavors to blend.     

THE GARLIC OF EATIN' - HOT DIP:

1 cup Good quality Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 jar (6 1/2 oz.) Artichoke Hearts
3 Tbs. The Garlic of Eatin'

Drain and chop artichoke hearts. Mix with the remaining ingredients. Put in an oven proof dish. Refrigerate at least three hours. Bake uncovered 20-25 minutes at 325�F or until bubbly. Serve warm with crackers or bread squares.
 
IT'S GREEK TO ME DIP:

5 Tbs. It's Greek To Me
1 cup sour cream or drained yogurt
1 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Kalamata olives (pitted & chopped)

Blend all ingredients and refrigerate at least 3 hours for flavors to meld.

Co-ops are a great way to get your grains and other supplies that are just too expensive to ship any other way.  Current co-op shipping rates range from 9 cents to 11 cents per pound (depending on distance from our warehouse) when we deliver on our own truck, compared to UPS rates that can be around 50 cents a pound!  Visit our website and find the co-op closest to you, our coordinators will be happy to welcome you into  a co-op!
