We are not going to use the on-line registration system this time. Instead, we ask everyone to send their request by e-mail.
To register: Please send an email to class@breadbeckers.com
For the "Subject", please use GETTING STARTED 8/18/07
In your message, be sure to give your name and phone number (for each person in your group) that you would like to reserve a seat for. Example: John Smith, 404-111-2222 Mary Jones, 770-333-4444
Our HelpDesk will send you an automated message letting you know that your e-mail has been received. If you do not receive a reply within a few minutes, be sure you do not have a spam filter that blocks e-mail from class@breadbeckers.com (or any breadbeckers.com addresses). We will process all the e-mails on Monday, and let everyone know they are in the class, or on the waiting list.
If you don't need to come to the class but do need a few supplies, the retail store will be open for business from 10AM - 1:30PM. However, we will not have our telephone support staff available to take calls, they will all be helping with the class!

New BBI Forum
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ A lot of our customers don't know we have a Forum at breadbeckers.mywowbb.com. It's a great place to ask questions and find information. Kate Sherrill (one of our co-op coordinators) is the moderator - if you ask a question, Kate, or maybe another customer, will find an answer for you.
We also have a Help Desk (with a Knowledgebase). You can use the site to ask a question of our customer support, look at a list of frequently accessed articles, or search the Knowledgebase yourself. The nice thing about the Help Desk is that you can access it from anywhere, you don't have to use your e-mail program on your home computer (that works, too).
If you use the Forum or Help Desk, let us know how you like it.
