Co-ops
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We have split our co-op program into 3 groups: North, Central, and South. Each group has its own quarterly order and delivery schedule.
Currently, the North Group needs to turn in order to the co-op coordinators on Monday, 7/9/07 for delivery in August.

We will be in Jacksonville, FL next week at the HERI Fair.

New BBI Forum
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ A lot of our customers don't know we have a Forum at breadbeckers.mywowbb.com. It's a great place to ask questions and find information. Kate Sherrill (one of our co-op coordinators) is the moderator - if you ask a question, Kate, or maybe another customer, will find an answer for you.
We also have a Help Desk (with a Knowledgebase). You can use the site to ask a question of our customer support, look at a list of frequently accessed articles, or search the Knowledgebase yourself. The nice thing about the Help Desk is that you can access it from anywhere, you don't have to use your e-mail program on your home computer (that works, too). We had to go to the helpdesk to a) handle all the qestions we were getting and b) shield us from all the "spam" messages we were getting!
