
Gathering with like-minded individuals is helpful to me and many others, especially in a worship setting. The conscious use of music, meditation, ritual, art, prayer, and poetry can help us remember and rediscover who we really are and why we're really here. They are powerful tools, but they are not the work itself. That work can only be done by you and I as individuals, turning inward, one moment, one breath, one choice at a time. Unfortunately, it's something we all have to do for ourselves; fortunately, we don't have to do it alone. Look around. On this path of remembering, there are so many of us walking alone together.
