Due to overwhelming demand, Pepper Law Group is proud to announce the availability of third party custodian services for producers required to comply with 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.  If you operate an adult website or produce adult film, chances are YOU need to comply with these federal laws.

Until recently, YOU, as the producer, needed to maintain these records and publish YOUR name and address so the Department of Justice could inspect these records at your location WITHOUT NOTICE.  As a result of recent updates to the law, producers are now able to hire third party custodians to maintain these records and make them available to the Department of Justice.
