Find your Glow: Yoga 2/3 with Katja Saturdays 4:30 PM
For those students who would like to explore their practice deeper and are looking for a little more inspiration, every Saturday at 4:30 pm, Katja will light up your weekend. This class will bring depth to your practice through the creative and seamless integration of pranayama, mudra, bandha and kriya, and with the deepening of awareness, focus and meditation.
If you feel challenged in our level 2 class but have some hesitation, come anyway!

Yoga For Beginners
Yoga For Beginners is a 90 min yoga workshop
about the fundamentals of a strong and safe
yoga practice. The course offers an in depth
introduction and exploration of the
fundamentals of vinyasa (flow) yoga,
including alignment, breathing, strength,
flexibility, balance and relaxation.
Great for those of you who would like to receive some more personal attention developing your individual practice!
