Let InterMotive provide a quote on your wire
harness
business
As discussed in our last issue,
we
have added new
advanced wire processing equipment to our
plant. We are now providing quotes for contract
manufacturing of wire harnesses. All harnesses are
rigorously inspected and 100% tested for proper
continuity and circuit placement. We have been
building our own quality harnesses for over 10 years,
perhaps we can build yours as well. Simply call us
with your needs or send a Bill of Materials along with a
CAD drawing to [email protected]. We can
also assist with the design and manufacture of
custom harnesses.

Tools for Testing Electrical
Circuits Choosing the right test
equipment for testing electrical circuits on today’s
vehicles has become a much more complex decision
than it was twenty, or even ten years ago. Too often
technicians make the decision of which tool to use
based on whatever tool they are most comfortable
using, or even the tool that was easiest to get to in
their toolbox. When we are talking about testing basic
electrical circuits (wiring and connections) on modern
vehicles, the decision of which tool to use
should be
based upon the characteristics of the circuit being
tested. Three important criteria to be
considered are:

Working with and for people with disabilities
is major
focus of InterMotive.
Many of our
products are
used in
vehicles that support the mobility desires of hundreds
of thousands of people in America with varying forms
of disability. They rely on our products to perform, and
we rely on our vendors to assist us in meeting and
exceeding our customers’ expectations.
We are proud to put into application what we say we
represent. For the last ten years, InterMotive has had
an outstanding relationship with PRIDE Industries.
PRIDE is the nation's largest employer of people with
disabilities, and provides tailored supply chain
solutions for companies such as Intel, Hewlett-
Packard, and InterMotive. PRIDE’s work force
includes dedicated, talented, and responsible people
of whom over 66% also have some form of disability.
They are committed to promoting employment
opportunities to people with disabilities while never
compromising on the products and services they
provide. PRIDE is ISO9001:2000 certified and shares
our commitment to high quality and continuous
process improvement.
It is not always easy to be able to put into action the
things we say are important. We are very pleased to
be in a partnership with PRIDE Industries. People
with disabilities are capable of doing so much, if only
given an opportunity. Together, InterMotive and PRIDE
are determined to keep giving these opportunities. It
is not their disabilities, but their abilities, that inspires
us to do more.
