This is our most flexible and portable pole. It will work with ceilings anywhere from 7'4" to 9'2" tall... so will work with lots of different heights. It does require one bolt in the ceiling for hanging upside down and vigrous workouts. You can also use it without the bolt and just use the compression between the floor and the ceiling, but you cannot hand upside down unless you install the bolt.
