Intro to Anatomy and Kinesiology

This workshop includes lecture, demonstration, movement, and palpation to introduce and review the terms of anatomy and kinesiology related to basic muscle, bone, and joint function. You will learn the basic anatomy of a synovial joint, different types of muscle contractions, and standard directional terms. It is a recommended workshop for those planning to attend other A&K workshops in the Instructor Series.
