Sher Martelle and I will be leading another Runners Workshop on Sunday, November 26.

Whether you?re recovering from the Nike 10k, training for the Macau marathon or are a casual weekend jogger, this workshop is designed to take care of you before, during and after your run.

At our workshop you'll learn some yoga postures that are particularly beneficial.

These poses will open your chest to maximize breathing, help to enhance your posture, improve your balance and of course strengthen and lengthen your legs.

Sher Martelle, Registered Massage Therapist with The Sutherland-Chan Centre will instruct you in a self-massage routine for injury prevention & treatment.
