HPFI® (High Point Furniture Industries) is pleased to announce that all of its seating products have been certified by Materials Analytical Services to comply with multiple emissions standards. The (7 day) standards that all seating series met include:
- LEED for Commercial Interiors (Credit IEQ 4.5)
- ANSI/BIFMA Furniture Emissions Standard X7.1-2011
- ANSI/BIFMA e3-2011e (Credit 7.6.1)
- MAS Certified Green®
Also, all HPFI swivel (wood, metal, executive, managerial and task) and guest (wood, metal, stacking and ganging) seating products meet the following (14 day) standards in addition to those listed above:
- California Department of Public Health Standard Method V1.1
- ANSI/BIFMA e3-2011e (Credit 7.6.2)
PDF copies of the certificates of compliance have been posted on the Sustainability page of the HPFI web site and on the MAS web site.
