A Caring Thanks...

United Way of Forsyth County teamed up with the Forsyth County YMCA and The Place to provide holiday gifts for children who would otherwise have nothing under the tree last December. Because of these efforts, over 2,200 children were served throughout our community! Below is a note from one of many families that said "thanks" for the impact this program made on their lives.

"Dear United Way Forsyth and YMCA,

Thank you for making Christmas a reality for my daughter 'Heidi' through the Holiday Giving Tree for Kids program.You brought smiles to her face and peace to my heart.

Thanks to all the sponsors who willingly gave and the volunteers who made it all possible.

As a parent - I am very grateful and thankful.
