| Run United 5K Run Will Benefit Youth Services...
"Learn for Life!" "Do Your Best" "Find Your Path!"
Have you ever heard these phrases? If you've been involved with 4-H, Cub Scouts or Girl Scouts, then you know these encouraging mottos. Each of these organizations provides valuable support and programs to the youth in Forsyth County. They are here to make an impact on children's lives and give them opportunities they otherwise may not have.
United Way understands the importance of investing in our children's future. We know that learning begins at birth and that early education means a greater chance of graduating from high school. Supporting after school care for a special needs child means a parent can work to provide for their family. Collecting school supplies means a smile on the face of a child the first day of school because they are prepared and ready to learn. At United Way, we are committed to the life long education of our youth so that they may go on to lead healthy, successful lives. Read More
