With the holidays soon approaching, we'd like to make sure your specimen arrives on time to ensure stability! In observance of Christmas Day and New Year's Day, Metametrix will be closed on Friday, December 24 and Friday, December 31. We ask for you to ship FedEx Overnight (orange) bags by the Wednesday prior to these holidays and FedEx 2nd day bags (gray) by the Tuesday prior to these holidays. Recently, we updated the Clinician Services section of www.metametrix.com. We are proud to bring new features to help create a more user-friendly experience for clinicians with an online account! New features include:
