| Toxicity Audio Series with Dr. Crinnion! |
Evaluate Toxic Burden in the Body
Learn more about toxicity in this 7 part audio interview series between Dr. Eve Bralley and Dr. Walter Crinnion! A new segment will be available each week on the Metametrix Institute website, so check back often for more.
The Toxic Effects Profiles help assess the build up of toxins in the body due to environmental exposures, including chemicals and pesticides in the air, personal care products, and more. These profiles can help assess risk of developing conditions such as autoimmune diseases and certain cancers. Metametrix offers five Toxic Effects Profiles assessing porphyrin levels, PCBs, chlorinated pesticides, volatile solvents, and phthalate and paraben levels.

| Assess Vitamin D in the Cool, Winter Months |
Vitamin D levels are important
It is important to assess vitamin D levels in the winter months. Vitamin D regulates calcium and phosphorous absorption/resorption to maintain proper bone health. With shorter days and longer nights, vitamin D levels are shown to be at lower levels in the winter and assessment can determine insufficiencies. Studies show that vitamin D is important in maintaining a strong immune system and preventing bone loss such as osteoporosis.
