Heritage Park Offers June Schooling & July Recognized Horse Trials
|
The staff of Heritage Park Horse Trials would like to invite you to consider
our event for your July competition. The Heritage Park Horse
Trials are located in a county park located in Olathe, Kansas,
a southern suburb of the Greater Kansas City area. We offer horse trial divisions from Starter Novice through
I/P. We will also be offering combined
tests for Starter Novice through Intermediate.
Not long ago all of our cross-country courses were
rebuilt. Each year new fences are added
to all of our cross-country courses and new tracks are offered to riders at our
recognized horse trial, so that every level is presented with different
questions each year.
On June 19th the Mid-America Combined Training
Association (MACTA) will offer one final schooling opportunity at Heritage Park before the courses will close and
be changed. On June 20th a
schooling horse trial and combined test will be offered using last year's
tracks.
For the horse trial in July, two starter novice divisions
will be offered. One division will have
a walk/trot test and will not splash
through the water on cross country, the other starter novice division will do
Beginner Novice Test A and will splash
through the water on cross-country. The
cross-country fences for this division are 2' or less, and are fun and inviting
to both horse and rider.
For more information on any activities sponsored by MACTA
and for the Heritage Park Horse Trials, please visit our website: www.macta.info
