Area IV Adult Riders
Area IV Adult Riders
The USEA Adult Rider Program is for all adults, age 22 years and older, professional or amateur. It is about including adults, across all skill and experience levels, in a supportive program that promotes education, communication, recognition and just plain fun.

It's the start of a new season. Please be sure to join the Adult Riders program when you renew your membership to the USEA. There are two ways to join, either on-line or on paper.

The USEA (www.useventing.com) news Section is NEW and we are proud to offer our members the ability to sign up for their area rider programs through the useventing.com online services and printable application. The renewal link on-line is toward the end, but keep going, you'll get there. If you renew on-line, the program available to you will be determined by your current zip code and date of birth: be sure to update your profile page accurately and completely.

1. You can only pick one radial button from the list in the area membership section.
2. The rider program title shows the area, and is also a link to our area's web page.

On the printed application, it's under the AREA PROGRAM FEES box:
Adult Rider Program Member Membership required to compete in Area ARP. $25.00

If you do not want to join while in the application process the USEA offers a link on your Dashboard homepage to go directly to the area rider program membership page. NOTE: you must have an active membership for 2009 to sign up for an area rider program through our online services and application process. Log in to the USEA website. Click on the Membership tab and look down the list for Join and Renew. You'll see a line that says "Join My Area Rider Program".

After you join, I'd really like an email from you telling me what you'd like the Adult Rider program to do this year. Email me at adultriders@usea4.org And don't forget to visit our web site at http://www.usea4.org/adultriders.htm and join the Yahoo sponsored Chat group.

Leslie Law Clinics: March & July

The second to be held at Connemara Farm in Barrington, IL as a cross-country clinic on July 25th/26th. A perfect time to get bugs out from Maui Jim and ready horse and rider for Wayne DuPage or Richmond. Forms are available on the new IDCTA website launched December 19, 2008 for the March clinic.

Also available in July will be private lessons with Lesley Law for those individuals that might not be able to ride in the clinic with Leslie. Prices will be announced for the July clinic by May.
