I Got Nothin' to Say But silence is golden
"You talk when you cease to be at peace with your thoughts."
-- Kahlil Gibran
I have nothing to say this week. I've been mulling it over for days now and I just don't have much to share -- at least nothing that seems relevant or coherent.
I know so many of you are burning with curiosity about how my summer solstice was and what I did during my (fabulous) adventures in the high desert of New Mexico. I wish I could tell you. But, truthfully, things that happen up on that mountain usually defy explanation. They must be experienced.

For that reason, I'm going to let others do the talking for me. The first is Tommy Rosen, a popular yoga teacher in Los Angeles, who attended summer solstice with his wife, Kia Miller, also well-known in the LA yoga community. Click here to read Tommy's beautiful description of the essence of his experience at Guru Ram Das Puri, the campsite where we gather.
