Beer was flowing as Surf Brewery poured at the 16th Annual Mammoth Festival of Beers & Bluesapalooza. This event is held among the pines and showcases the best craft breweries in the country and top blues performers. Mammoth Lakes is a beautiful mountain resort located in the Eastern High Sierra near Yosemite National Park - the perfect place to spend a "Blues and Brews" weekend.

The Ventura County Fair has been dubbed the 'Bounty of the County', and indeed it should! You really get that hometown feeling of Ventura County and you're right next to the ocean so the weather is always excellent. What better place for Surf Brewery to pour beer? (We did!) | |

Guests were treated to some of the history of this cherished piece of local heritage and a grand finale bird's eye view of the fireworks from the Ventura County Fair. What better way to keep warm than with Surf beer?! | |
A Porter beer, soon to be named, will soon be added to Surf Brewery's beers on tap. Porter beers are said to have been popular with transportation workers of Central London, hence the name. This dark-colored style of beer is surprisingly smooth and tasty. |
