Surf Brewery obtained our Building Permit approval from the City, and boy oh boy has  the site been busy!

Plumbers installed the floor drains

(what a loud and MESSY task!) and then the water pipes, then the electricians laid the conduit. Following that the concrete was poured.

HVAC ducts were removed and a hole was cut in the ceiling for the boiler room combustion duct.

Our huge, 450 square-foot, walk-in refrigerator was assembled a
and installed. It can hold over 350 1/2bbl kegs, Chas needs to get busy...

A crane came and lifted to the roof the condenser for the walk-in cooler and the 1,300 pound glycol chiller for the tanks.

49x59Framing has been done inside to reconfigure our layout.

We received our registration number from the Alcohol and Tobacco  Trade Bureau allowing us to now submit our bottle labels for approval.
