Our New Head Brewer

Meet Chas, our new head brewer. He is currently the Head Brewer at Santa Barbara Brewing Co. and will be coming to Surf Brewery fulltime this month. Chas lives right here in Ventura and likes to surf when he is not brewing beer. His favorite beer styles change with the weather and occasion; a light cream ale on a hot fall day, a heavy porter around the Holidays, or a robust IPA after a surf session. Chas is looking forward to being involved with a new brewery and can't wait to get the local beer flowing in Ventura County!
