This is an excellent workshop for anyone interested in integrating yoga with other athletic interests - yoga teachers, PE teachers, personal trainers, and all types of athletes.

*Saturday's Master Class can be taken separately for $30 (early bird by February 18th $25.00)
for this insightful immersion on yoga and athletics or just for the Master Class on Saturday!
Sage teaches workshops on yoga for athletes across the United States and is on the faculty at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. She also holds coaching certifications from USA Triathlon, USA Cycling, and the Road Runners Club of America, and writes for Runner's World, Yoga Journal, USA Triathlon Life, and Endurance Magazine.
