Camden Partners, Century Capital Management and Vineyard Capital Group have partnered to support a growth buyout strategy in Santa Rosa Consulting.  Led by industry veterans Rich Helppie and Tom Watford, the Company is actively merging/acquiring healthcare point solutions to accelerate its rapid organic growth via the Santa Rosa platform.

 

Santa Rosa is an integrated healthcare consulting and solutions business, providing Advisory, IT Implementation & Integration, Staffing & Recruitment and Point Solutions. The Company has completed three acquisitions to date and now enjoys robust organic growth.  Each of the acquired firms has accelerated their growth within Santa Rosa, and its management teams have expressed satisfaction with bringing their firms to the Santa Rosa platform.
