What is Your Hire Power?

  What is your HIRE Power? Hire power is what someone would be willing to pay you to solve a problem for them. Your salary (HIRE Power) is not based on the love of your employer, your financial needs or your genius. The problem you solve decides your salary. Money is merely a reward for solving problems. A waste collector makes 15 dollars an hour. An attorney makes 200 dollars an hour. Why? Because they solve different types of problems.

You contain solutions. Your ability to solve a problem is the key to your recognition and promotion. Your Hire Power comes from your connection to the Higher Power of the Holy Spirit. He is the Master Problem Solver. Apart from Him we can do nothing (John 15:5). He empowers you to choose the right course of action every time (Proverbs 2:6-9 NLT).

Solomon said that money could solve most of our problems(Eccl 10:19). When you solve a problem for others you schedule a Divine solution (money)to a problem in your own life. "Whatever good thing you make happen for others, God will make happen for you" (Ephesians 6:8).

God does not treat everybody the same. He loves everybody unconditionally, but the key to promotion in life is the problem(s) you solve. It is the reason for favor. The difference in seasons is who enjoys you because of the problems you solve for them.

When you solve a problem you create your Hire Power. Develop a reputation for being a problem solver and not a problem maker. Holy Spirit is the secret to ultimate Hire Power. Cultivate intimacy with Holy Spirit.

How do you increase your Hire Power? By asking Holy Spirit questions? You learn through asking questions. Questions are doors. Here are three questions Holy Spirit taught me to ask of anyone I need to have their favor.1) What is a problem nobody has been able to solve for you? 2) Will you tell me what agitates you about me? (If I am easy to correct, I get access.) 3) Will you become my mentor and correct me when needed? This turns an offence into a gift. Employers become protective of a Protégé. When you want more wisdom you will increase your Hire Power.

Holy Spirit gives favor to His protégés. Favor is the current into ultimate Hire Power (Psalm 127:1). You must qualify for favor (Deuteronomy 28:1-2). Favor begins when you solve a problem for someone.   Spend time with Holy Spirit and receive the wisdom of ultimate HIRE POWER (Luke 2:52). We love you!
