The Cucina at Gervasi Vineyard will host hands-on cooking classes taught by top-notch chefs. Wine tastings and classes will be taught by experienced wine educators. 
Most of our classes are hands-on, you'll cook with personalized instruction from one of our experienced chef instructors, and create a meal that you'll sit down to enjoy with a glass of wine. Some classes will be demonstration classes, where you'll observe a master chef at work with lots of clear explanation, generous samples of every dish, and some pretty good stories, too. |
