Years ago, my employer placed the following quote on the wall near the time clock. Fifteen years later, I still remember that poster and the truth it taught me.

We are particularly interested in an individual willing and able to work evenings and play a key part in helping 1776 expand our dinner menu.

| Member Appreciation Event | | Join us for a Range USA Member Appreciation Event on Saturday, April 2nd from 8:00am-10:00am. Refreshments will be available. This event is free for all Founding Father, Patriot, and Minute Man members. Instructor, Kristen Bauer, will be here offering shooting tips, practice suggestions, and will be explaining the Member Only Competition we will be having at the next Member Only event. This Saturday, Kristen will be explaining the course of fire and will be informing you which target will be used. That way, you can practice for it over the next several weeks. You will want to practice, because prizes will be awarded at the competition. We hope to see you here this Saturday! |

| Monthly Charities | | Last November, I made mention of Range USA's efforts this year to help others and various charities throughout the year and not just in November and December. Well, we have this year's charities chosen and we are started in February! So, please, donate to these worthwhile organizations. It could be as easy as droping the change from your transaction into the bucket. Then each following month, I will let all of you know how much your generosity raised for that organization. It's an easy way to make a big difference in people's lives, in Memphis and throughout the entire world! |
| April's Charity - Wounded Warrior Project | |
For April's organization, we chose Wounded Warrior Project! This organization offers programs and services to severely injured service members during the time between active duty and transition to civilian life. Wounded Warrior Project began when several individuals took small, inspired actions to help others in need.
One night while watching the evening news, a group of veterans and brothers were moved by the difficult stories of the first wounded service members returning home from Afghanistan and Iraq. They realized then and there that something needed to be done for these brave individuals beyond the brass bands and ticker tape parades.
The resulting objective was to provide tangible support for the wounded and help them on the road to healing, both physically and mentally. What had been initially viewed as a small contribution (compared with what the warriors had sacrificed while serving our country) has become WWP's signature program:"WWP backpacks delivered bedside to wounded warriors."

Range USA is now adding the Smith & Wesson M&P and the Springfield XD and XDM to our very popular A&P Class line-up! Now all you M&P, XD, and XDM shooters can learn about the anatomy and physiology of your favorite pistol. You will learn how to completely take your pistol apart and put it back together - down to the springs, pins, and bare frame. You will learn how to replace parts and how to inspect each piece for wear and tear. This is an invaluable class for those who want to know everything about their firearm.

| Fund Raising Made Easy | |
Do you have an organization you are trying to raise money for? Have the bake sales and car washes let you down? Have we got a program for you! Now it's easy for your marching band, cheerlading squad, t-ball team, youth group, football team, dance group, etc. to raise money! Range USA will designate a day for your group, you spread the word to anyone and everyone associated with the group of that day, tell them to come spend money at Range USA, and we will donate a percentage of those sales to your group! The hardest thing you have to do is to let everyone know what day is yours. If they plan on shooting, buying ammo, taking a class, or buying a gun, have them do it on your groups day! Then you will benefit from their sale. If you are interested in having a day for your group, email us - contact us. I will give you more details and we can discuss which day you are interested in. |
