| Greetings! |
Christmas has always been a very special time of year for me, both as a child and as an adult. But, it's hard to really comprehend it all until you can see it as an adult through the eyes of a child. And, God has blessed me with five amazing boys to experience this time of year through. The amazement my boys experience during Christmas is so refreshing. It's so inspiring to see their faces light up as they see the simplest things like a sparsely decorated house, the fake antlers on a car, a snow flurry blowing in the air, someone dressed up like Santa Claus, a Christmas tree, a stocking, a snowman-shaped sugar cookie, or a timeless Christmas program on TV. As adults, we have become so hard, calloused, jaded, and so...informed. Nothing is special anymore. Nothing amazes us. We aren't in awe of anything. I miss that so much. I used to get so excited on Christmas Eve. Now, I think of the sleep I am going to miss out on due to the late night and the way too early morning. I used to get so excited to see Santa. Now, I loathe standing in line and enduring the crowds. I used to get so excited to see what Santa brought me on Christmas morning. Now, I look at my checking account way too much. My Christmas wish for this year is that I can experience Christmas through the eyes of my children. I wish to live this Christmas season in the moment and not worry about paying for it all. I wish to experience every moment to it's fullest with all the amazement and wonder of my children. And, I wish to do nothing that will keep my children from enjoying this time of year to the fullest. I wish to protect their innocence and awe. My children will be adults way too soon! They will each have their own family in the blink of an eye. They will have bank accounts, jobs, bills, and the future to worry about soon enough. But, not now. For now, they will be children. This Christmas my children will be in awe. Their eyes will sparkle at every light. They will think life is perfect. And, it is my job to make sure that happens.

Here are a few of the skills and/or responsibilities for this team member - Microsoft Windows Server 2003 and/or higher. Configure and overall administration of Active Directory, and file server. Exchange, email protocols, port assignment/security, DHCP, DNS, LAN/WAN administration, Backup (incremental, Differential, full) Tape administration, Information security, Switching, Routers and Firewalls, Microsoft Retail Management Software administration/Configuration (preferred), Microsoft Office (2003, XP, and 2007), Windows XP, 2007, Vista, Dreamweaver (preferred), networking, cabling, Remote Desktop, Minor database knowledge (sql).

- Range USA is currently accepting resumes or applications for a Part-Time or Full-Time Director of Operations position. This position is responsible for the operation of the facility while on duty. Many of the responsibilities would be similar to a manager position. A Part-Time position would be nights. A Full-Time position would be a combination of nights and days. Management experience is required. A successful candidate will be a great communicator, quick learner, hard worker, stickler for details, and most importantly will have a passion for customer satisfaction.
- Range USA is currently accepting resumes or applications for customer service positions! We are looking for a few more Customer Service Representatives to assist our customers at the counter and in the showroom. Both full and part-time positions are available. Part-time employees will be required to work an average of three shifts per week. Shifts are available for days, nights, and weekends.

| GSSF Matches | | Range USA will be sponsoring Glock Shooting Sports Foundation matches beginning in December. The dates are Saturday December 4th, Saturday January 8th, and Saturday February 5th. The times for each match are 8:00am-10:00am. The match fee is $20.00 for the first run and $15.00 for each additional run. GSSF membership is required to participate. Range USA is now adding the Smith & Wesson M&P and the Springfield XD and XDM to our very popular A&P Class line-up! Now all you M&P, XD, and XDM shooters can learn about the anatomy and physiology of your favorite pistol. You will learn how to completely take your pistol apart and put it back together - down to the springs, pins, and bare frame. You will learn how to replace parts and how to inspect each piece for wear and tear. This is an invaluable class for those who want to know everything about their firearm.

Beginning November 1st, Range USA began fingerprinting on Mondays from 11:00am-7:00pm. Our new fingerprinting hours are Monday-Friday 11:00am-7:00pm and Saturday 11:00am-5:00pm.

 The perfect gift for the ladies... Ladies, there are a lot of Range USA items you can add to your Christmas list. Gentlemen, if you need the perfect, unique, self-defense gift for a lady in your life you can find it with us. Here are some great ideas: ¨ Women Only TN Permit Class: For several years this has been a great gift to give and receive. It is so popular that Range USA runs two Women's Only classes in January - Saturday, January 8th from 8:30am-6:00pm and Thursday and Friday, January 27-28th 5:30pm-10:00pm. The ladies class is great fun in a very comfortable atmosphere. ¨ Handgun Carry Purse: We have several in stock with more on the way. We can also order a specific style. These are Cornado leather purses that are stylish and reasonably priced allowing a lady to carry a handgun in a separate pocket with a Velcro holster to hold it in place. ¨ Chemical Spray: We have many options from the key chain, jogger, and handheld versions to a Kimber PepperBlaster that is the size of a pager and has two bursts that travel 90 mph and will reach 13 feet away. These make excellent stocking stuffers. ¨ Taser: We only sell the best and that is Taser International with a laser and a light. These can be carried in a holster, come in different colors, no permit is required and they can be carried in more locations than a handgun. The Taser causes pain and incapacitation when the probes are fired into someone and there is a back-up method of the drive stun that can be used if one or both probes miss them. If they only get a drive stun it is pain, but a lot of it. Trust me! I know first hand. I have "ridden the lightening" and experienced the drive stun. I am sold on the Taser and own one myself. It can be a ladies second best friend....next to her handgun. ¨ Personal Handgun Consultation: Ladies can spend an hour with me to help them narrow down or decide on the best handgun for them. Choosing the right handgun can be a daunting experience with so many opinions and influences. The best way to make that selection is to try them out - kind of like a "test drive". The cost is $60 and includes handgun use and ammunition. ¨ Gift Card: In any amount can be used on classes, a private lesson, a new handgun or home defense shotgun, a purse, or practice time! What better gift to give to a lady you love or to receive as a lady than one that can help protect ourselves if/when we encounter a life threatening situation.
