Dallas, Texas, July 7, 2009-  Elite Document Technology and its parent company Elite Copy Solutions, Inc. are pleased to announce the company's acquisition of Diversified Discover-e, Inc.
            Diversified Discover-e, Inc. is in the corporate printing and high volume copying business and has been servicing the North Texas area since 2005 with its headquarters in Dallas, TX. The company president, Mr. Phillip Alva, has been servicing Texas for over 20 years. Terry Reeves, the president of Elite Copy Solutions, Inc. had the following comments regarding the acquisition, "It will have a positive impact on Elite's revenues through standing agreements with multiple corporations and will allow us access to new clientele to which we can offer our complete line of additional consulting services." He continues, "This acquisition is very exciting for us.  We feel that the corporate client is need of an outsourcing company like Elite with whom they can partner with in all aspects of litigation." In a separate interview Mr. Alva offered the following statement in regards to joining the team at Elite as the Assistant Director of Sales, "Many of my clientele were voicing concerns with costs associated with their legal matters and I wanted to help them find a solution."  He goes on to add, "Some of the services my clients were inquiring about were early case assessment tools and forensic data collections, all of which are services that Elite is currently offering. Elite will soon be implementing a new project tracking technology which will help in the monitoring of profitability and cost analysis for all of its clientele. Terry and his company are on the cutting edge of technology in the marketplace and their array of services will help me strengthen my longstanding relationships." The acquisition was effectively completed on July 7, 2009 and Mr. Alva will begin his obligation as the Assistant Director of Sales immediately.
