Chris Evans promotes Jersey Rally Did you hear it? Chris Evans promoted our Jersey Rally (twice) on his Radio 2 show on Monday 14th May. The first we heard was when we were all on the Ferry making our way to Jersey. The broadcast was heard by some of our Jersey owners too. What a great way to start a rally ah? High fives to Chris :)
More Product Tests Our Product Tests continue to go down well. This month we carry out a full test on the Boot Rack including assembly and fitting. Its a great way for the club to 'recommend' products having actually installed them onto our car. Next month we look at Scuff Master which is claimed to renovate your seat leather.
Are you ready for Figfest?
Its that time of year again. Get you Tent & BBQ out the shed and ensure you have you suncream ready. FigFest is a festival full of Figaro's, Fun and Friendship. Paul has given us an update to what he has planned and it includes Space Hopper Racing! If ever you needed a reason to go you now have it. See you there
A good Read

At the recent Ace Caf event, we completely sold out of our lovely hand-stitched tonneau covers! It's important to fit these covers correctly and it's too easy to stretch them if you haven't lined them up correctly.
So this month, our helpful 2 minute video shows you exactly how to fit your tonneau cover on your Figgy.
Of course, if you would prefer, bring your Figgy to us and we will fit the cover for you, free of charge

QUESTION 1 Putting my Fig in reverse
| QUESTION 2 Exhaust | QUESTION 3 parking stick- does it have a bend?
| Hi! I'm a proud new owner of a Figaro, which I purchased about a month ago. It's been running fine, but last night started to have a problem going in reverse. Basically, I'd put it in reverse and nothing would happen, until I eventually had to put my foot on the accelerator slightly, and then the car would jerk in to reverse. So, today I tried to put the Fig in reverse a few times to check it, first thing in them morning when it was cold, and again at the end of a 40 minute drive. Each time the car moved into reverse by itself, but it takes a few seconds i.e., I'll put it in reverse, take my foot of the brake, and nothing will happen for at about 2 seconds. Not a long amount of time I know, but it wasn't like that before and isn't the case when I move in to a different gear. Has anyone come across this before or heard about it? Would appreciate any info/advice! Thanks!
A high level can give problems. However you inferred that the car was OK initially then the problem developed. On the basis that the level cannot increase then high level isn't necessarily the cause of the problem in this case. Gear change etc may be a little more sluggish than usual in very cold conditions but only marginally so - not usually to the extent you describe. Don't be fobbed off with the usual "Figaros are like that in cold weather" type explanations - winters can be much worse in Japan than the UK!

Hi all. I'm looking at getting a new exhaust back box for my Fig; can anyone tell me is it the same exhaust as a 1991 Micra automatic exhaust?
Hi, No it is not the same as a Micra. Give Ray a call on 0191 2652907 and he'll get one delivered for you with gaskets

after some **** bent my park stick beyond repair, i,m replacing it with same diameter stainless pipe- however the new pipe in its straight form fouls the wing- unsure if the bottom brackets bent/damaged-or if the pipe has a slight profile to it- if so could some kind soul upload a pic-it would be greatly appreciated
It does slightly bend, I'll do a pic tomorrow, pouring with rain now and garage some way from house!

About the people behind the Figaro Owners Club My son Daniel had always wanted a Figaro and after saving for years (plus a small contribution from his mum and dad!) he brought an Emerald Green one in May 2008. That was it - I was hooked too! Even now we spend many a happy weekend polishing her in the garage.
We just love all that chrome... After buying the car we started searching the internet for ownership help and advice and although a forum existed there was no real club so in December 2008 we started designing and building the web site which took around 4 Months. The club was formed in February 2009 and launched on 1st March 2009.
