  Customer- Salvador, Mission Area
When it comes to serving the underserved, Mission SF FCU is the expert. Mission SF FCU, ($8.6 million; 1,894 members; San Francisco, CA) has been servicing low to moderate-income communities since 1971. About eleven years ago, the credit union incorporated a program for youth called the Youth Credit Union Program (YCUP). The YCUP is California's first ever youth-run credit union program offering kids ages 6-18 leadership, managerial, and job development skills.

The program focuses on providing employment and educational opportunities to the youth that live in under-served communities surrounding the bay area including the Mission, Excelsior, Bay View, Visitation Valley, and South of Market districts. Read More

Support Tip: 2009 Procedures
Support Tip Icon
With the new year here, it is is important to remember to set up volumes for 2009 (if you haven't already done so). There are three procedures we suggest to follow that will help to keep your database organized:
  1. Create a New DAILY volume. If you are scanning checks and receipts then you should be scanning these into a DAILY volume that is created for each year. The name of the volume should be DAILY2008, DAILY2009, etc. corresponding to the current year.
  2. Create a New Receipt volume. If you have RCS (MVI Receipt Capture), then your receipts are stored in a RECEIPT volume. It is suggested that you create a new RECEIPT volume for each year.
  3. Create New Folders for each of the months in the new year in the "Daily Work" folder.
For detailed instructions on how to complete each of these suggested procedures, Click Here to e-mail our support staff and they will assist you.

"I enjoyed a number of classes at this years' Laserfiche conference. The new features in Workflow and Quickfields 8 will open many doors and make our customers' needs easily achievable." Says Alex McBride, MVi support technician.  Read More
