For every 10 junior-or-young-men-size items that we accept, you will get 1 chance to win a $100 gift certificate.... The winner will be drawn on Halloween. Buying secondhand clothing is not about settling for less because you are on a budget. It is about buying a better alternative in regards to the health of the planet and your family.

This October, think about where stuff comes from, where it's going, its embedded costs and what are the alternatives. Make a point to do something green each day. Your wallet will thank you and your planet will thank you. You might even become more creative. What do you think? Could you go an entire month without buying something new?
