| COSTUME PAYMENT DEADLINE: DECEMBER 1 | |
The time is NOW to order your costume for our annual Spring Showcases!! December 1st is the deadline to pay without a late order fee.
Call the office NOW at (513) 576-1400 to make your payment! Or, click on the link below to pay by credit card or Paypal;
Why do I have to pay so early? With the Showcases occurring in June, it might seem early to order costumes. It's actually not. Remember, dance studios all over the country are ordering at the same time. This creates a long waiting time: most companies deliver in about 4 months, which will put us into March/April. We need additional time to fix any sizing issues that we might have.
What does our costume look like? Near the front desk, there is a costume binder for you to look at pictures of your child's costume. Stop by and take a look at the pictures. Though, we have to tell you: the pictures don't show how lovely the costumes actually are in person. We know this because we recently went to Chicago to the UDMA costume show so we could see and feel the costumes in person. We made some lovely choices and are confident that you will be pleased!
What if my child doesn't want to continue? Up to a certain time, you can cancel the costume for a $10 cancellation fee. More information can be obtained at the front desk.

 Reminder:No class from December 19th through January 1st. Classes will resume on January 2.
However, our office and gift shop will be open on most days.
SNOW POLICY
In case of snow, Please call the studio approximately 1/2 hour before coming to class to see if we are open.
Or check our website: www.dance-etc.com. We will post a message when we are closing.
If school is canceled, it does NOT mean that our classes are canceled. We try to offer classes whenever possible. If our teachers can make it in to teach class then we will hold classes, but each family must assess the weather and decide whether they want to drive to Dance Etc. given the current weather conditions. If you choose not to attend, that is OK! Just schedule a make-up class at your convenience.

| OPEN GYMS! | |
Did you know that every Saturday, we have an Open Gym at Dance Etc.? The time is 1:15-2:15 pm, and it is open to current students who are already in a fundamentals or higher level class. Cost is only $8.00 a person! This is unbeatable!!
Also, during the holiday break, we are offering TWO FUN events you won't want to miss:
Jingle Gym Jam
An OPEN GYM, held on Wednesday, Dec. 28, from 2:00 to 4:00 pm. Students should be 7 years old and up (younger with instructor's permission only), from beginners through advanced! Practice the things you know, and maybe learn a few new things. Current students; $10.00 if registered in advance; or $15.00 at the door. This is for two hours of tumbling! It's a bargain!
New students or guests; $15.00 if registered in advance, or $20.00 at the door. New students need a signed waiver form, and a parent must be present until the instructor gives the OK for the parent to leave the premises.

Kids Afternoon Out!
This is a fun dance & tumbling party, open to current students and guests; ages 3 & up. 90 minutes of fun, 4:00-5:30 pm, for just $10.00! Sign up in advance. (Remember: students 5 and under need a parent to remain in the building during the party.) Here are some photos from our last event:

| FOOD DRIVE RESULTS | | |
 Thank you for helping us with a great cause! This year we collected a grand total of 409 food items. All items were donated to the Inter Parish Ministries Food Pantry. This organization serves the needs of residents of Eastern Hamilton County and all of Clermont County.
Team #1 was the winner with over 140 items. Team #1 teachers included Kelly, Brittney, Jodi, Holly and Tiera.
Our thanks to everyone who helped make this food drive a success!
Now for the bad news. The pantry says that this year they have record numbers of families asking for help. The food will only last until January. We will be hosting another food drive soon, possibly in early 2012. Let's keep it going!
