Dear Parents and Students,
I have some exciting news to share with you. Dance Teacher magazine has interviewed me twice this past month! First, they wanted to know about a choreography class that I taught during the summer. The second time they contacted me with questions about a nutrition for dancers program we offered in the summer.

Be sure to read through this newsletter. You will find a lot of important information concerning costumes, the spring recitals, our annual Princess Party, and lots more.
Also, although I have decided there will be no more snow this year, Mother Nature may not agree with me. If that is the case, be sure you understand our snow cancellation policy which is below.

TUITION DUE FOR 5 AND 10 WEEK PAYMENTS
| | Tuition is due on Wednesday, January 19th for both 5 and 10 week tuition payments. Just stop at the desk to make your payment. Payments can be made via credit card (VISA, MC, DISCOVER), check or cash. No time to stop at the desk? Just give us a call if you'd like to charge by phone.
A late fee of $10 will be applied for all payments made after 1/25/11.

SNOW POLICY
| | In case of inclement weather, please call the stu dio (576-1400) about a half-hour before your scheduled class; or check website (www.dance-etc.com).
The decision to close is usually based on local conditions and whether our staff is able to make it to the gym.
Please note that we may be open even if area schools are closed. If classes are cancelled, you may schedule a make-up class on your own at your convenience. There are no refunds for snow days. |
BALLROOM DANCE CLASSES STARTING SOON!

Grab your favorite partner and get ready to have some fun! Ballroom dance lessons will be starting soon. No need to make a long-term commitment - try it out with a 4 week session. Don't have a partner? Not to worry, no partner required.
Classes will meet for 1 1/4 hours on 4 consecutive weeks. Your instructor will cover the basic steps of Waltz, Foxtrot, Rhumba Cha Cha. Cost is $69 per single and $119 per couple.
Try it, it's fun!! Dance is great exercise, it helps you gain confidence and it can put a little romance back in your life.

THEME WEEKS COMING UP!

We have 2 exciting theme weeks coming up!
#1. Wacky Week is January 17 - 22!
Wear a crazy 
hairdo to class. Be creative and have fun with this -- even the teachers like to get in on the fun!
#2. Bring a Friend Week - February 7-12. One of our most popular weeks....bring a friend to dance or acro class. Their class is FREE! (All guests must have signed waiver. See front desk.)

PRINCESS PARTY

Calling all 4 - 7 year olds........be a Princess-for-a-Day at our annual PRINCESS DANCE PARTY!
Wear your favorite Princess outfit and come prepared to have fun. Don't have a Princess outfit? We'll loan you a tutu. We'll learn a dance to perform for your parents, do a fun craft and leave with a special Princess treat bag.
Here are the details:
Date: Sunday, February 13th
Time: 3:00 - 4:30 pm
Cost: $15 for current students, $20 for non-students
