Recruiting with the Affiliates Program
Novacoast Logo Spring is coming and it is time to get a jump on attracting the best and brightest future employees for your company. Joining the UCSB Corporate Affiliates Program will give you a recruiting competitive advantage. As a UCSB Corporate Affiliates member, we take you to the next level by offering a number of enhanced services to allow you to narrow in and target specific skill sets in your search for top talent. Where Career Services at UCSB offers a baseline of general services, the Corporate Affiliates program offers you very targeted access to our students. For more info, please see our recruiting brochure: Recruiting with CAP. Novacoast, a Santa Barbara based IT Professional Services and Product Services company and long-term Corporate Affiliate member, has instituted an innovative school-year internship program as a way of attracting and retaining top-notch recruits out of UCSB (Novacost Success Story). The Corporate Affiliates program has been instrumental in helping Novacoast, and other CAP members, with their recruitment by increasing corporate visibility and awareness by students, by hosting strategic recruitment events, and advising corporations on best practices to achieve their headcount goals.
