It's that time of the year again where ACX sends you a reminder about reporting your trade transactions with the IRS.

1. Your annual sales with ACX for 2011 are in the box on the top right under "YTD Totals" Heading. This on your December 31, 2011 statement (this is what you give to your accountant).
2. If you changed your tax ID, DBA or your business name please call Jacques with your information 323-204-4405.
3. Our system will automatically send the YTD sales by 01/31/12 to the IRS and you will receive a hard copy by Email in Feb 2012.
