January 2012

Happy New Year

It's less than 2 months until the "8th ANNUAL PROM GOWN GIVEAWAY."  For the first time ever, the event will be held BEFORE Spring Break - March 10-11 at the DoubleTree Hotel Exhibit Hall-Lloyd Center.  This is the only opportunity teens will have to get a FREE prom gown from Abby's Closet.  Once the event is over, the remaining gowns are packed up and put into storage until the following year.

Please help spread the word so that every young woman can have the dress of her dreams to wear to prom.  Mark the dates on your calendar and plan to attend or volunteer (volunteer sign-ups will begin in mid-February on our website).

"DREAMS CAN COME TRUE"

The 2nd Annual "Dreams Can Come True" contest is in full swing.  If you are a female high school Senior, graduating this Spring, tell us about your dreams (or nominate a deserving young woman).
