OSHA 300A Form Must Be Posted - Feb. 1st!
It is that time of year again - time to post your OSHA 300A Form. Get the forms necessary for proper OSHA compliance.
Remember the 300 form is used to record your 2011 injuries and illnesses. The 300A is used to summarize your 2010 form 300.
It must be posted in a prominent place from February 1 through April 30th. All forms must be maintained for 5 years. Please remember that failure to do this posting could result in an OSHA fine of at least $1,000.
