Independent Grocers Survey - Last Chance to
Participate

As an independent operator in
today's marketplace, you have a challenging job that requires
an understanding of where your business is succeeding and where you need
to
improve. Benchmarking against other companies can be a useful tool in
evaluating
your company. The NGA/FMS Independent Grocers Survey is a financial and
operational review of the independent retail grocery industry. NGA/FMS
is currently
collecting data and needs your help. The more geographic regions the
survey
covers, the more accurate and valuable a picture it paints of the
industry. Participants in the survey will receive a free copy of the

What is an Independent Contractor?

- Any individual who is not your employee but performs a service to your company
- Report, within 20 Days of making payment of $600 or more; or $600 or more in
calendar year.
- Employment Development Department (EDD) may access penalties for failure to
report.
