I've had the great honor to mentor, coach, educate and train many people over the years, both young and old. Always, without fail, the one key ingredient is the perception of value and how it is the basis from which we succeed or fail.
Have you ever done your absolute best on a project or for a customer, only to feel unappreciated in the end? That's most likely because the person for whom you were doing the work didn't see the value of it. Perception is more important than reality. Why? Because we each live in our own reality. How we perceive an event, a person, or a business forms our opinions for each.
How is it then, you might ask, that we can be sure to provide value? How can we shape the perception of others so that they end up with a positive experience? It's really quite simple. Listen carefully. Ask questions. Be absolutely certain that you're doing, saying and providing what the customer wants. Remember that each task is not about you, it's about them, as it should be.
Everywhere around us are customers - not only in the traditional sense, but everywhere. When we complete a deposit slip before reaching a teller window, we made the teller's job easier, quicker and more efficient. She is our customer. When we place groceries so the barcodes are toward the scanner, we make the checker's life easier. He is our customer. When we think to go that tiny bit extra, to do whatever we have the power to do that makes the next person's life, job, and experience easier, simpler or better ...that's when we provide value.

- Do you like to send personal greeting cards to commemorate birthdays, anniversaries and other special events but find yourself so busy you forget? Our date reminder service will insure you don't miss another important event. We'll work with you to define all of your special dates, get the cards, address them and mail them on your behalf. Never miss another opportunity to say 'I love you', 'Happy Birthday', 'I miss you', 'I'm thinking of you', 'Thank You' or 'Congratulations'
- Would you find peace of mind knowing your bi-yearly home preventative maintenance tasks are managed automatically? We now offer a special Home Care package program. We'll come out twice per year to service your Heating & Air Conditioning systems (clean the coils, change the filters, check performance), calibrate all appliances (verify temperatures, check door seals, light bulbs, performance), inspect garage doors and openers, change smoke alarm & carbon monoxide alarm batteries - we'll even manage the scheduling! This is worry-free service at its best!
- As another means toward simplifying your life, we've added quarterly window washing services. Just like the preventative maintenance package, you'll no longer need to worry about coming home to dirty windows. We'll manage the scheduling and your windows will sparkle all year long.
Item 1 services are included in our monthly membership packages. Items 2 and 3 as package promotions are separate from our standard monthly service with cost dependent upon square footage.

These Chinese symbols means Cheoy Lee which, loosely translated into English is 'good luck' and 'good profit' or wealth and prosperity. The Cheoy Lee is particularly good for companies and is thus often found in the business names of Chinese, Cantonese and Mandarin cultures.
Like all perceptions, the definition of wealth and prosperity differs from one person to another and so however you perceive wealth and prosperity - money, success, health, happiness, family close by - Our Valentine's Wish is for you and your businesses to experience Cheoy Lee not only on February 14th, but all throughout the year.
