Here's how we work: You put us on retainer for as little as two hours per month. We assign one of our Concierges to you and the two of you decide when and how you use your time. As you work with the same person all the time, the two of you can build a relationship that will help insure you get the maximum benefit from our service. We're proactive. We'll check with you, follow up with emails or phone calls, make sure all your needs are tended.
What if you need more than your monthly guarantee? All time is measured and billed in 15 minute increments and we don't charge for travel time, only the time we actually spend doing your tasks. Have budget constraints? We'll make sure you don't go over unless you authorize it. Have a last minute emergency? We consciously leave discretionary time in our Concierges schedules so they are available at your convenience.
Are you concerned about receiving an invoice in the mail that you'll need to stop to pay? Sending more paper wouldn't fit with our goal of simplifying your life. Executive Errands' billing is automated - we charge your credit card directly and can do so for any incidentals you might need - flowers, groceries, a gift for a treasured friend. And at the end of the month we'll send you a detailed record of how much time you used and any incidentals. Neat, easy, worry free.

 We just did a four hour gift certificate for a baby shower. What a great gift for the young mother-to-be! Local News and Events The Golf Cart Parade was a huge success!
We had a ball at the Golf Cart parade! Our cart, Ice Zombies (seen below), didn't win any awards but with it's 1700 watt stereo sound system, Cool Breeze Air Top cooling system, DVD, rear view camera and sporty mag wheels, it was a winner to us.  A special thank you to Cool Breeze for partnering with us. Just stuffing the zombies was hilarious fun and I hope the parade viewers realized even the zombies were holding their ears due to the volume pumping out of our stereo.
Also well received was our Concierge service for the Silver Circle Box Seats. All the feedback was extremely positive and we hope those of you who took advantage of the preferred parade viewing will opt for it again next year. It was our honor to serve you.
